When will my order ship?

Most orders are produced and fulfilled within 2–7 business days.

Once fulfilled, shipping usually takes another 3–5 business days within the U.S.

International shipping times vary depending on location.

Where do you ship to?

Currently i ship to the United States only

How will I know my order has shipped?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folders just in case.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because each item is made to order, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days and I’ll help fix it.

Are all products fulfilled the same way?

Most merchandise is printed and shipped by trusted third-party services like Printful.

Original artwork, limited prints, or specific special merch may be packed and shipped directly by me.

Do you offer custom pieces or commissions?

For tattoos: yes, custom work is available by appointment.

For merch or artwork: limited runs and one-of-a-kind pieces may be available — follow my newsletter or Instagram for announcements.

I submitted a form — when will I hear back?

If you filled out a form (like a booking or custom request) via Jotform, I usually respond within 2–5 business days.
